Tree of Life Bahrain

Got to see the Tree of Life. It is fascinating to see something grow in such harsh conditions. When we went out to the tree of life it was probably about 110 or so and the winds were blowing heavily. The winds were hot because of the desert heat. Despite all the odds this one tree out in the middle of the sand, surrounded by desert, oil pumps, refineries, and oil pipelines, is still alive is beyond me.
